This is where the guessing stops.
Performance problems are almost never about effort. They are about conditions. When the right conditions exist — purpose, capability, environment, relationships, execution, learning and renewal — performance follows. When they do not, no amount of effort is enough. Indymand finds the conditions that are broken and fixes them.
Each of these traces back to one of the Seven Conditions. Pick the symptom you recognise — we'll show you which condition is actually broken, and how Indymand fixes it.
Plans exist. Results don't. Execution is inconsistent and nobody knows why.
SEE THE SOLUTION →Managers are competent technically. But they cannot lead, coach or develop their teams.
SEE THE SOLUTION →Capable people. Inconsistent results. The system around them is broken, not the people.
SEE THE SOLUTION →Exit interviews say "better opportunity." The real cause is almost always a broken condition, not the market.
SEE THE SOLUTION →Revenue has plateaued. Growth feels stuck. The ceiling is real but the cause is unclear.
SEE THE SOLUTION →People are busy. Output is low. Waste is structural and nobody is fixing it.
SEE THE SOLUTION →Service is inconsistent. Customer experience is poor. Repeat business and referrals are declining.
SEE THE SOLUTION →AI is reshaping how businesses work. We know we should be moving but do not know where to start.
SEE THE SOLUTION →Building or scaling an enterprise — and needing the right capability, systems and support.
SEE THE SOLUTION →These two aren't separate problems — they're what it looks like once the eight above are genuinely solved.
Not sure which challenge to start with?
Take the Performance Navigator™ →The problem above tells us what's broken. This tells us where you sit — which changes which arm of Indymand you'll work with first.
You have tried harder. You have hired better. You have bought training. But the results are still inconsistent. The problem is almost never the people. It is the performance conditions around them — and that is exactly what Indymand diagnoses and fixes.
Book a Performance Conversation →You've run the engagement surveys and bought the training. But capability gaps persist and your best people still leave. The fix isn't another course — it's a capability system built to your actual conditions, and Indymand builds those, not one-off workshops.
Book a Performance Conversation →Growth has stalled, or you are scaling faster than your systems and people can handle. Or you are starting something and want to get it right from the beginning. Either way, you need more than inspiration — you need the right capability, structure and support.
Talk to an Enterprise Advisor →Whether you are starting your career, stepping into leadership or building a business, Indymand Academy develops the capabilities that actually matter — not just knowledge, but the habits, confidence and skills that produce results when it counts.
Build Your Learning Path →Public value depends on institutional performance under real resource constraints — a different discipline from private-sector transformation. Indymand's public sector practice and BDSP-certified MSME programme delivery are both built specifically for this.
Book a Performance Conversation →Every Indymand engagement closes with a clear outcomes report and a measurable performance score — evidence of what changed, not just an opinion of what improved. The figures below illustrate the kind of movement our methodology is designed to produce, ahead of our first published client evidence in 2026.

Transformation Index™ · Quality Mark Certification · Performance Outcomes Report
We are building Nigeria’s first outcome-certification model, with Africa-wide ambition and independent oversight — because self-graded results are not evidence.
Everything Indymand does answers to one diagnostic — the Seven Conditions. Institute, Consulting, Academy, Digital and Foundation are not five separate businesses; they are five integrated instruments, each closing gaps in a specific condition, working together rather than separately.
Led personally under both National BDSP and Agri-BDSP certifications from the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University.
When the seven conditions are right — purpose, capability, environment, relationships, execution, learning and renewal — performance follows consistently. When any one is broken, effort alone is never enough. That is the insight that built Indymand.
Sustainable Performance = Capability x Execution x Wellbeing x Systems x Adaptability
We leave every client stronger than we found them — with measurable evidence to prove it.

EXPLORE RESEARCH →Book a 30-minute Performance Conversation. No obligation. We listen to your challenge, tell you whether and how we can help, and recommend a clear starting point.
Every Indymand engagement begins with your challenge — not with our structure. Browse by who you are and what you want to achieve. We will tell you exactly which combination of research, consulting, capability or technology fits your situation.
Indymand was built on one conviction: African organisations are not short of ambition, intelligence or effort. They are short of the conditions that turn those things into consistent results. We built an institution — not a consultancy — to close that gap permanently.
Indymand began as a response to a pattern seen across two decades of work in Maritime, Financial Services, Retail, Consulting, Gaming, Oil & Gas and Fitness & Wellness: strategy after strategy, training after training, and the same performance gap remaining untouched underneath.
Most firms sell what they are good at. We built Indymand around what clients actually need — diagnosis before prescription, capability transfer instead of dependency, and evidence instead of opinion. That required more than a consulting practice. It required a research arm, a capability arm, a technology arm and a social impact arm, all governed by one method.
That is Indymand today — five arms, one institution, one governing model: Sustainable Performance.
"Performance is not an event. It is a condition. Build the conditions and results follow on their own."
— Founding Philosophy, Indymand
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER, INDYMAND
Indy has spent two decades working across Maritime, Financial Services, Retail, Consulting, Gaming, Oil & Gas and Fitness & Wellness — and kept seeing the same gap: capable people, clear strategy, and results that still didn't follow. Indymand exists to close that gap permanently, not just for one organisation at a time.
He holds both the National Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) and Agri-Business Development Service Provider (Agri-BDSP) certifications from the Enterprise Development Centre at Pan-Atlantic University, and leads Indymand's work with DFIs and MSME programmes personally.
Indymand is a founder-led institution still being built in the open — we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.
Indymand is a young institution, but Indy is not new to this work. The two are kept distinct here deliberately — what follows is real delivery history, clearly marked as either the founder's personal track record before Indymand existed, or Indymand's own early engagements.
Delivered while leading engagements at a previous consulting firm — training, competency assessment, and capability-building work across:
Client names are not disclosed here without prior authorisation — consistent with standard consulting-industry practice.
Recruitment and talent engagements delivered directly under Indymand, ahead of our first published Tier One evidence:
This list grows with every new engagement — it will be replaced by full published case studies as Tier One evidence is completed.
Indymand is founder-led, not founder-only. Our Strategic Advisory Council is currently being formed — announcements follow as appointments are confirmed.
Every engagement opens with an assessment against our Sustainable Performance Model — never a standard deck.
Our engagements end with the client able to sustain performance on their own — that is the actual measure of success.
Recommendations are the easy part. We remain through deployment until behaviour actually changes.
Our Quality Mark and TI™ scoring mean our own results are open to independent scrutiny — not just client testimonials.
Five engagement models mean a cooperative in Ogun State and a listed company in Lagos can both work with Indymand.
Our frameworks start from the realities of African family businesses, informal markets and institutions — not imported templates.
The Seven Conditions is the model. IAIRGP™ is the method. Every arm — Institute, Consulting, Academy, Digital, Foundation — reports to both. We explain each once, in full, rather than repeating a shorter version on every page.
Not hoped for. Not inspired into existence. Not squeezed out of people through more effort. Designed — deliberately, into the conditions around them.
Sustainable Performance is the consistent, repeatable delivery of results — without burning out the people or systems that produce them.
— The Indymand DefinitionMost organisations chase performance directly — through targets, pressure and incentives. It rarely lasts. Indymand starts from the opposite direction: build the right conditions, and performance follows on its own. Break any one condition, and no amount of effort will compensate for long.
This is the one model everything at Indymand reports to. Our diagnostics assess all seven before we recommend anything — nothing we deliver sits outside it.
In shorthand: Sustainable Performance = Capability × Execution × Wellbeing × Systems × Adaptability
THE ONE-LINE VERSION OF THE SEVEN CONDITIONS — MULTIPLICATIVE, NOT ADDITIVE. A ZERO IN ANY ONE COLLAPSES THE WHOLE.Institute, Consulting, Academy, Digital and Foundation are not five separate offers — they are five instruments for closing gaps in the Seven Conditions above. Nothing here is a parallel idea about performance; it is delivery infrastructure for one.
Evidence for what Purpose, Learning and Systems should look like in an African context.
Diagnoses and rebuilds Execution and Systems through IAIRGP™.
Builds Capability at every level, from graduate to executive.
Embeds Environment and Execution into daily tools people already use.
Extends Purpose and Renewal to communities the market does not reach.
A prescription without a diagnosis is a guess wearing a suit.
Learning that doesn't move a business metric is entertainment, not development.
If the client cannot do it themselves next time, we have not finished the job.
An engagement that cannot show its own evidence has no right to claim success.
The best client relationship is one that eventually needs us less, not more.
Not just satisfied — measurably, structurally stronger than we found them.
Every recommendation Indymand makes is evidence-based. The Institute is where that evidence comes from — original research, benchmarks and standards built specifically for African organisations, not imported from elsewhere.

Indymand Academy designs and delivers performance programmes for individuals, professionals, teams, entrepreneurs and organisations across Africa. Every programme is built to produce measured behaviour change and business impact — not just completed training. It opens on a baseline and closes on a measured result. Nothing ships until we know it moved something real.
Indymand Academy is one of five arms of Indymand — alongside Indymand Consulting, Indymand Institute, Indymand Digital and Indymand Foundation.
Every programme is built backward from a business result a sponsor can name, not a curriculum topic. If a module can't be tied to something a CEO or HR lead actually feels, it doesn't make the cut.
We measure behaviour change and business impact, not attendance or satisfaction. Participants and sponsors see where they started and where they landed. We tell you what we find, not what you want to hear.
Case material, delivery format and pacing are designed for how work actually happens in African organisations, not adapted from a Western syllabus after the fact.
AI can retrieve almost anything. It cannot yet exercise judgment under real uncertainty, or change how a person behaves under pressure. Every programme is built around live decision simulation with genuine consequences, not case studies with an answer key — because the skill that survives AI is the one AI can't do.

Corporate Academies brings any School's programmes on-site, customised to your sector and sized to your team. Team-building and offsite sessions are available as an optional add-on within a Corporate Academy engagement — not sold as a standalone “capability system,” because a bonding day and a measured programme are different things done for different reasons.
Need something specific to your industry or function — sales, compliance, digital skills — that doesn't map neatly onto a School above? Tell us what you're solving for and we'll scope it.
The Schools organise the portfolio by audience. The Domains are the actual body of capability content underneath — mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive, and shared across every programme that draws from them.
| Domain | What it covers | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Human | Individual capabilityThe skills, habits and readiness of a single professional doing their own job well. | Springboard™, Career Accelerator |
| Leadership | Managing othersThe practice of getting results through other people, from first-time manager to senior executive. | The Performance Leader™, Executive Performance Programme |
| Organisation | Systems & structureThe operating systems that let a business or institution run without depending on any one person. | Enterprise Builder™, Scale Systems, Investment Readiness Studio |
| Ecosystem | Institutional durabilityThe capacity to function and deliver beyond a single leader, budget cycle or political term. | Institutional Leadership Programme, Public Sector Execution Practicum, Development Partner Capacity Building |
| Team | Collective performanceHow a group performs as a unit, independent of any one manager or member. | Delivered inside Corporate Academies, where organisations commission it directly — not sold as a standalone flagship |
No programme is built to cover two Domains at once. If a request doesn't fit cleanly into one Domain and one School, that's treated as a gap in the portfolio to close deliberately, not a reason to stretch an existing programme to cover it.
Three things carry through every School and every Domain, and none of them are negotiable in scope.
The same Transformation Index™ discipline behind every Indymand engagement, applied at programme level. Participants and sponsors see a real score at the start and a real score at the end — not a satisfaction survey.
Embedded coaching support that reinforces what's taught between live sessions, so capability doesn't decay the moment the room empties.
Indymand's research arm studies what actually changes performance in African organisations and feeds that evidence directly back into every programme's design.
Most HR teams and public-sector buyers already have a line item for this in their own language. Use it to find the right programme.

Most consulting firms sell strategy and walk away before execution. Indymand Consulting was built to close that exact gap — using IAIRGP™, our proprietary transformation method, and a Quality Mark that puts our own results up for scrutiny.
Most firms lead with their standard offering. We lead with an assessment of your actual conditions.
A 200-page strategy document that sits in a drawer is not a result. We remain until behaviour changes.
Middle management is where most strategies quietly die. We build capability there specifically.
Success means you need us less next time — not more.
Our Quality Mark and TI™ score mean our results are measured — and open to scrutiny.
Five engagement models mean SMEs and large enterprises can both access the same rigour.
Every full transformation engagement follows the same disciplined sequence — from first conversation to sustained, independent performance. We call the method IAIRGP™; what matters is the discipline behind it, not the acronym.
A structured scoping conversation to understand your context before any assessment begins.
A full assessment of the seven conditions that drive performance, producing a clear baseline score.
Root-cause analysis of exactly which conditions are broken, and why — not just which symptoms are visible.
Findings translated into a clear, prioritised diagnosis of what is actually broken and why.
Solutions and systems built specifically for your organisation's conditions — never a standard template.
Deployment with real governance — accountability structures, milestones and a delivery layer that keeps execution honest.
Results measured against the baseline score, with capability embedded so performance holds after we leave.

PlannedSustainable Performance shouldn't be reserved for organisations that can pay for it. The Foundation takes the same conditions-first approach to families and communities facing structural economic disadvantage.
The Pipe applies the same seven-conditions thinking that governs our corporate work — but for households and micro-enterprises where the barrier is rarely effort, and almost always missing conditions.

Indymand delivers Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) and Agribusiness BDSP (AgriBDSP) engagements for development finance institutions, donor programmes and on-lending partners — bringing the same diagnostic discipline we use with enterprise clients to MSMEs and agribusiness cooperatives at scale.
Our BDSP work is led under both National BDSP and Agri-BDSP credentials (Pan-Atlantic University / Enterprise Development Centre), not outsourced to generalist trainers.
Rural enterprise and agribusiness performance is the one practice line we have deliberately concentrated on building deep evidence in first.
MSME cohorts go through the same diagnose-first discipline as our enterprise clients — adapted for cohort delivery, not diluted.
Baseline and follow-up scoring gives programme partners the kind of evidence DFIs need for reporting — not just attendance sheets.
Our academy pathways build capability the MSME keeps using after the funded engagement ends, not dependency on continued support.
Zurai and Kinim extend reach to MSMEs a purely human delivery team could never cover cost-effectively across a large cohort.
A baseline assessment across the MSME cohort, identifying which conditions are actually holding businesses back — not assumptions from a generic curriculum.
Cohorts grouped by what they actually need — governance, record-keeping, market access, digital adoption — rather than one curriculum for everyone.
Delivered through Indymand Academy's Enterprise Performance School, with in-person and digital-assisted formats for reach and cost efficiency.
Baseline-to-endline scoring and a Performance Outcomes Report structured for funder reporting requirements.
Where appropriate, ongoing access to Zurai, Kinim or Betaworker so gains don't reverse once direct funding ends.
Embedding BDSP delivery into on-lending or blended finance facilities that require borrower capacity-building.
Delivering the capacity-building component of a wider MSME or agribusiness support programme.
Banks and microfinance institutions strengthening the businesses in their SME loan book.
Agribusiness cooperatives and aggregators needing professionalisation to access formal finance and markets.
This is a specialised, credentialed practice within Indymand Consulting — sitting alongside, not instead of, our core enterprise and institutional engagements.
