Independence — known as Indy — is the Founder and Managing Partner of INDYMAND. He has more than 20 years of professional experience across Maritime, Financial Services, Retail, Consulting, Gaming, Oil & Gas, and Fitness & Wellness, with deep expertise in HR, people, and organisational performance.

He built INDYMAND from a conviction that African organisations deserve the same rigour, measurement discipline, and quality of execution support that world-class firms take for granted — built from African data, not adapted from frameworks designed elsewhere.

INDYMAND holds BDSP certification from EDC/Pan-Atlantic University, positioning the firm within government and DFI-backed enterprise development programmes across Nigeria.
