The INDYMAND Institute is the research, publication, and intelligence arm of INDYMAND. It takes what we see inside live engagements — the patterns, the data, the recurring gaps — and makes them available to the wider market.

This is not thought leadership. It is practice-derived intelligence, built from diagnostic instruments deployed inside real organisations. Everything published here is traceable to real data.

What the Institute Does

The Institute exists to close the intelligence gap that sits between what Nigerian organisations experience and what is written about them. Most of the research on African organisational performance is conducted from outside Africa, using frameworks built for different contexts.

The Institute builds from the inside. From the diagnostic data collected in live engagements. From the patterns that repeat across sectors, sizes, and stages of growth.

Proprietary measurement instruments
Ten instruments, built from Nigerian and African data. The IWPD™ is the entry-level instrument, available free. The others are deployed inside engagements. All produce verifiable evidence.
